    The school website I visited was my old high school page, miamikillianhs.com. On the website, you can publicly see information such as announcements and events, school policies, academy pages, homework sections, and testing calendars. On the class pages, you can see different links and documents that are required to review or complete by students in the particular class. There are also pages for students to explore and review class topics and lessons.

   I envision myself accomplishing professional responsibilities by taking part in conferences and classes that will help me develop as an educator. Through the use of technology I will be able to connect with geographically diverse educators and learn more through their techniques and teaching methods. I will learn how to implement technology into my classroom properly and collaborate with other teachers via technology.
   
    While visiting the Technology Sandbox, I was able to interact with a variety of technology that can be used in the classroom. One tool in particular that caught my attention was the Smart Board. The white board is an essential tool in every classroom, so I think having an advanced version of the tool will be the most useful for class. The innovative and interactive aspects of the Smart Board, such as the 3D figures and touch screen, would be great to use in my high school social studies classroom.
